Thousands of tanks were notified by HMDA. Though preliminary notification is given 10 years ago by HMDA, inquiry is not completed for the last 10 years. FTL s are fixed arbitrarily without any scientific procedure.

Good point Ranganath Sir about enquiring before purchasing and due deligebnce, but if part of that process one gets a nod from government like MRO/Tahasildar then who is responsible now? Good initiative but there are lot of innocent victims in the crossfire. Also, 10 years ago was there technology as we have today for anyone to easily identify? There are lots of lapses in the original permits.

Along with Hydra having a IPS does it require also to have an IAS also appointed to Hydra now or atleast a deputy collector, since this a chance to move Hydra to national level along with Civil Infrastructure ministry and water distribution ministry and also with local water bodies dependency ministry like fisheries and also pearls and tourism ministry, why is a commissioner only taking all the pressure?

Water cleaning departments pollution control boards sanitation boards and municipal ministry also being part, does Hydra will extend from Musi only and dependent lakes bodies or also to other river systems and other zones as well, if so forest department and urban green zone division and IT ministry since healthcare department is also part of this, along with that many such are dependent on this. So Hydra opening a exhibition cum civil people complaint and also participation structure as well, since civil construction equipment is also part of it and has many mechanical and other works also being part of it. Why is the science side of Hydra is not being supported with case studies by universities and other study subjective matters like courts and govt lawyer not being taking up steps along side.
