distilled water is important to use, because first it will not damage your bottels and also the tubes will not block due to impurities. simple water contain different types of minerals. so it is important to use distilled water in your steamer or other machines where necessary

Hi mam i like ur video , I have 2 question In these 3 bottles the serum we use that should be mix with water or use as it and other we have to on the h2o2 button only when using bottle d or it should be on if we still using other bottles as A,B or C Please reply thanks in advance
serum mixing with distilled water depends on manufacturers instructions. if you are using that kind of serum which need more water and less serum then follow manufacturer instructions. your second question though not very clear to me but still try to reply, if you are using bottle B then switch the knob on B AND SO ON
Thanks mam u reply me,I buy that 3 bottles that not have any instructions on how to use that so it’s confusing me to mix with water or use as it,what is ur suggestion And 2nd question was that if we r working on bottle A or b than we still have to on the h2o2 button that is on the touch screen so water can be coming by self when we r working or no need of that
