You don’t need initiation at times of war. The initiation rule just means that both sides need to understand what is going on. You can’t just roll up to a random civilian, kill them without saying a word and then rob them. Initiation can also be made non-verbally. Often times people agree on war or tell eachother that its war, but the message can be sent non-verbally by roaming around the streets in a war party. An example of a non-verbal initiation is when people chase down and rob money runners/g6, the car being chased will notice they are being tailed and speed up or start swerving/evading. At that point the initiation was made non-verbally so the chaser is now allowed to attempt shooting their tires out. It would be idiotic to expect verbal initiation at the start of every battle in a war because you would essentially be giving the enemy the opportunity to kill one person for free.

@@wbgawfhu9owahfo126 go read the rules, there is no initiation rule. The rules state that there needs to be a story and RP reason for RDM. The story is the fact that they are at war and both sides are aware of this. Both sides are traveling in a war party. Initiation can also be non-verbal.

This is the rule you are implying that they are breaking. "RDM - Attacking another player/group without any story/roleplay leading up to it." They are both in a war convoy with the heli to scout and confirm its them. Both sides know its eachother and are shooting on sight pretty much. Most wars go this way.

You are actually dumb if you think that initiation is required during war. Which ever side initiates using your method would essentially be sending one person in to commit suicide. The initiation rule just means that both sides need to know whats going on and there needs to be an RP reason for the violence. There is no rule stating that the initiation has to happen right before shooting. The initiation could happen hours before the shooting there is no time limit. The other person just needs to know that they are being hunted.
