Pls help me. I'm From Bangladesh Our injection machine are accumulator pressure problem. Some times this pressure is Super High or very low for that case we can't running machine
First check below Check step by step 1. Step 1 - Check the accumulator nitrogen pressure ( Time of switch off the hydraulic motor and discharge main line hyd pressure ) 2. If found accumulator nitrogen pressure low then change the nitrogen ( during charging of acc switch off the motor and discharge the pressure ) 3. After accumulator inspection need to visit the line to check the sound from valves like internal leakage . 4. If some where drain open then also same will happen . check circuit and close the drain valves . ( drain valve of acc valve stand and p to T line drain valve check ) 5.Power pack heat exchanger water line strainer clean and also check pump is running or not . Also check the cooling water line inlet and outlet temp . cooling water line temp should be 25 to 28 degree
