You would need to take some breaks, but possible. I think the core issue is that they are expensive and anyone that could afford one would probably find a different easier way to Miami. Just watched a video of a young guy and his friend doing it unassisted from Molokai to Oahu, which is almost 50 miles and much choppier more difficult water.
I tried this yesterday...I hurt my leg, I'm ok though. It's not as easy as it looks. It's also quite dangerous. The foil is super sharp. This fellow is as smooth in real life as Clint Eastwood pretends to be in the movies. Merci mon Ami!
hurt how? because it's sharp? or hurt like sore because you didn't stretch the related muscles before physical exertion?...if the former you have my pity,if the latter I'm laughing because everyone should know that by grade school.
