Stanley Myer proved that you can split water at the cylinder head and run on water, and that was with literally late 80s tech. He died... They won't let that tech out unless it's attached to a subscription you have to constantly pay for.

It has been invented by other people, you just haven't heard about them. I have personally seen an entire compound and 2 vehicles run entirely on solar and hydrogen. The solar is used to split the hydrogen. The Japanese have also made perfectly good hydrogen powered vehicles that run on water, even bubble tea! Crazy. But the science is actually pretty simple.
