People forget how great Bill was for the sport. He was great in Front of the camera and great for sponsors. Bill will always be missed

Remember always watching him race when I was a kid growing up. Fast forward a few years later, and I was part of the pit crew on one of the unlimited boats. A dream come true.

I remember how easy he was to approach as a child fan, he was always kind in the pits at Stan Sayers Pit
