if you worked out or sweat and you don’t scrub well enough the stink will still be left there from left over dried sweat. that’s what i’m referring to! Often times if you just rub lightly/ once you’re not doing enough to get rid of odor from a workout or just long day
You are soooo pretty! Thank you for these helpful videos, my parents never really taught me this stuff growing up and I didn't have a lot of friends so I had to learn a lot of this stuff on my own
Girl has the luxury of water that starts off as the temp you set it at😂 if I turned off my shower it would take multiple minutes for it to get to a reasonable temp again
@@Drogonsh9495 I'm not sorry, I have sensory issues and can't deal with the water at the wrong temp. Either way it's my water, we have plenty of rain and good filtration where I live. We're fine.
Get a showerhead with an interrupt setting. This will stop the water from cooling down. At most it will be chilly for 5 seconds and then return to normal 😊
@@chrismuffin5441 thank you for the advice, unfortunately at this point we're selling our house so it's not worth it anymore. I greatly appreciate it nonetheless.
So elementary. Finally, someone demonstrates how to use a wash cloth. Please don't forget to wash your legs. Some don't know that the towel is for every part of your body. Private parts and all. Used a separate towel for your face.
u don't have to turn the water off, just step out from under the shower head 😂😂also if u are doing a basic cleanse and using the one soap for your entire body as a double cleanse then PLEASE for the love of god use something that's unscented, created for sensitive skin, or a soap that's completely 100% natural ingredients because BABY u don't wash your 😺with fragranced soap.......some good bar soap recommendations for this double cleanse is Dove sensitive, Dr bronners baby unscented, cetaphipll bar soap, cerave bar soap, vanicream bar soap, or even the unscented LUME bar soap.... TRUST ME
A lot of people are never taught by their parents how to do proper hygiene or there’s people like me that get too overwhelmed by the aspect and it’s hard to do (it’s a lot more than that but that’s the simplest explanation). One of the most uncommon things that people don’t realize is correlated to poor mental health is the lack of showers and brushing your teeth
yes! lots of people aren’t taught so it’s helpful to see someone else’s routine however sometimes those routines include 5-10 products and that can be overwhelming at first!
it’s because some people aren’t taught anything about hygiene so when they see creators like me who have a super long shower routine with a bunch of products they love it can feel overwhelming and like you need all of those things to be clean when in reality all you need is soap
Me, I get overwhelmed by showering. Mixed in a life where I’m constantly having to force myself up due to major depression and needing to talk myself into everything because of severe anxiety, it’s hard. I know it is something that I need to do and I know that it’s noticeable to others when one doesn’t shower, but it’s a constant mental battle with myself where I’m fighting for over an hour just to take 15 minutes to scrub myself. It’s not that I don’t want to shower or anything, it’s the aspect of needing to get up and move and take care of myself that starts setting me off cause I don’t see myself as something that should be cared for. Being able to see someone physical show me that it’s not that much or that hard to do, it helps fill that motivational gap because it’s like it’s not me doing the motivating, it feels like someone else is finally giving me a push to go
Finally a regular shower... these girls got me like when was soap and wash cloth not enough.... if you have to use 6 plus different things honey you're trying to hide the smell of something else.......
