not bashing at all, but you can see the true difference between american and korean backup dancers. Ive watched a lot of dance practices and am a dancer myself and most of the korean dancers don't really pay attention to their face. through this video, it shows it can really make a difference

I hate to state the obvious but... korean backup dancers typically have no personality and do it very robotically and perfectly each time - some hoping to be a kpop singer and etc One thing about american dancers is they add their own personality to the dance... these dancers are here to perform as dancers.... and are damn good at it I love seeing color in kpop. it's making it more mainstream

when i first spotted hyolyn with that big tattoo over her abdomen, i was kinda shocked and i judged her without knowing how much she has suffered as a child. that scar on her abdomen was probably a very big insecurity of her and now when i get to look at that tattoo, im just happy how she overcame that insecurity.

Hyolyn unnie’s smile is brighter than the sun. A smile that can make everyone’s heart smile. Her smile can light up the darkest of the days.
