@@brunacorby7811 Why it cannot be called paradise as it is voted 4 times Best Island in the World, While Boracay Island, 2 times and Siargao Island 1 time by the prestigious Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leizure Magazines, Check it out
Touristy place is always expensive do like locals buy and cook the food directly if u have time or rent a kayak for island tour 😊…there so many islands to choose from in Philippines way cheaper and even more beautiful &undiscovered ..if you go little far like port Barton and less touristy.Other insteresting island is biliran, tablas,Caramoan, cresta de gallo…siargao begin to be expensive…watching from France ✌🏼🇫🇷
And to answer your questions is it's a beautiful place but I never been there I just hang out with lots of Filipinos here in the state however I do wish to retire there as My friends do. Great content great photography 👍
I agreed with you.Considering I was born in Palawan I still feel its too, expensive to live there in kind of lifestyle I have here now I Los Angeles CA
El Nido is definitely on the expensive side! I was there and stayed at two different resorts and it’ll cost you per night, 7 to 9 thousand pesos, but well worth it. Only issue I had, are the roads to different beaches…very dangerous and tough to maneuver on a bike. They also have beautiful waterfalls wishing 45 to 60 minutes from the resorts.
Hi there, can you please tell me the name of your or location of the tour offering company in El Nido. I'm visiting El Nido this month end. Would like to give it a try.
Drink bottled water, not tap water when visiting South East Asia. Especially those little islands in El Nido and Coron where water comes from underground. Here in Guam we also do that. About the expenses, they are relatively cheap.
Yes!! But there are also countries that have it and the people do not speak so good English! It is amazing how everyone from kids to adults, everyone speaks English!
For the locals I hope you share this if you're selling something food or whatever have you on display say Do you want to buy this? That? Offer something say Do you want to try this/that? It's cheap and good if it's salted egg you need to say/explain that its really salty red egg its not eaten by itself because it is shockingly very salty for foreigners hahaha. When food is hot steaming hot (UMUUSOK) sa init say "it's steaming hot don't burn your self/mouth" long phrase when food is serve spicy say its chili spicy if you put red hot chili pepper not black pepper is mild spice.
That is not hype just go there to see for your self .. the el nido Palawan is always winning no.1 island in the world...❤❤❤really proud my country the phillippines...aside el nido we also have boracay, island, panglao island, camiguin island ,siargao island, hundred island and caromoan island.. more fun in the phillippines and enjoy guys
Excuse me.. ice from here 🇵🇭 is clean and tap water is suitable to drink if you are not choosy... The government of the 🇵🇭 make sure that the water coming from faucet go through a proper water purification... If you felt discomfort or pain think what you eat the whole day and stop blaming for water here in the philippines and even ice ...Many foreign tourist flock in el nido palawan drink their favorite juices with ice and try our Halo Halo dessert of course it serve with ice but nothing happen with them and they give positive feedback compared to you... Just saying filipino here 🇵🇭
Are they price gouging? Why so expensive? Must be foreigner price that's not very inviting the reason people come from western world is because of the attractive price you guys are right Vietnam is sooo much cheaper and Thailand the culinary art cuisine is more exceptionally healthy choice although communication is a little easier the written sign and such but locals even though they learn english they are still broken English most of the time they describe things in analogy, most of the time when they say no, no, no, they really meant hold it, hold, for a second or wait, wait don't jump in yet ike I saw an American dude got startled when the lady says no, no, no, screaming like there was something alarming about to happen hahaha funny as heck but the lady meant hold on a minute don't eat it yet you have to mix the halo, halo first before you dig in, hilarious very funny but you know they meant for you not to mess up or anything they do care it's what makes them unique in their own ways. I see cashiers struggle to explain what they have for sale but they at least try hard for the foreigner got to give them credit for that. But nonetheless the price seem to be becoming unfriendly let the tourist decide to give tips instead because not every tourist has money specially back packers they are called back packers for a reason hahaha, but maybe the locals don't know the difference I understand that so best thing to do is don't charge "foreigner" price instead let foreigner decide if he has enough to give extra tips because foreigners don't know how to haggle prices. Just saying not every foreigner has lots of money (to burn) is (to spend) is (to buy). There teaching locals American language. To say to the locals "to burn is literally burning with fire hahaha 😆 TO ask tourist (to sakay) means to ride be it motorcycle, car, or boat. To make tourist go inside the jeep tricycle or boat is to call them "come on in" "come on board" get in, get on top, go on, all aboard, I hope this helps the locals.
koh kradan thailand is more clear water than elnido and the food in the philippines is oily and simple very basic nothing much special and expensive hotel, the only good thing in philippines is island and beaches..
We stay in Palawan for one week ..we never experienced having diarrhoea.why we drink distilled water like Wilkins,or absolute water bottle ..of course..if you want to travel you need to spend m9ney..if you go in other island you need to pay…why that is business and that is their resources of there income..remember the gas are expensive…and that is not free…if you dnot want to travel…back to your own country…
Why would I go to phuket or Bali where more the beautiful beaches is in the Philippines and voted the no. 1 beach in the world like boracay,El Nido, siargao.
The video speaks for itself. Nowhere in Bali looks like that. Some parts of Thailand look like that, but Palawan province alone has more islands than all of Thailand. And Thailand's islands are way overcrowded with tourists.
