Fun fact #1: Stay have been begging SKZ to perform this live and SKZ recently said it's the hardest song to do live (even recording was hard, HAN's part took over a hundred tries to get it right). But they would think about it for the upcoming tour Fun fact #2: this song went viral in Korea in shops to get customers to leave - the fast parts so they would go quickly

Just to clarify 3racha is not the rap line, it’s the producer- composer “unit”. Rapline is Changbin, Han, Hyunjin , Felix.

they dont really have an official rap line; 3racha did alot of rap together, thats why ppl assume its them, although chan sings a lot, and felix and hyunjin are rappers. technically all 5 can be seen as part of the rap line though

@@ellam9995 This is true. Anyone could even argue that Minho is part of SKZ' "rap line" since he raps nearly as much as he sings (I think he raps more often than Chan does, honestly). If we consider a rap line to be anyone who frequently raps in songs, all but 2 of the members qualify (so everyone except Seungmin and I.N bc they don't rap much outside of entirely rap songs like Maze of Memories and The Tortoise and the Hare). By that same token, the "vocal line" is also pretty extensive, consisting of Seungmin, I.N, Chan, Minho, and Jisung. So that's why SKZ' 3 main groups/lines are producing, dance, and vocal. Because while we do have Seungmin and I.N who focus mostly on vocal, we don't have a single member who focuses only on rap as our "main" rappers also either produce (literally all of 3Racha), dance (DanceRacha), or sing (Chan, Minho, Jisung).

Yessss, I've been waiting for your reaction to this song!! I love that you see what a masterpiece this song is. Bang Chan said it was an experimental sound and I absolutely looove this song. SKZ is on another level and to think they are completely self-produced makes it that much better. Also, Changbin is my bias too, he spits bars. They are all hugely talented. Han too, his rap flow is crazy and his lyrics and wordplay are insane. For more rap-based songs by them, I think you'd also enjoy Maze of Memories (2021 SKZ album), Cypher (Changbin), We Go (3racha), Just breathe (A 3RACHA collab w/ SKY-HI), N/S, and Easy. Again, I absolutely love your reactions and got super excited when this reaction just popped up on my notifs. Can't wait for your next SKZ reaction.

Another fun little thing they did on this track is at 1:52 they stay 'ppalli' which is faster but they do it in a slow way and then they switch to saying slow in the next bit of the song but they speed the crap out of it. Not a big thing but it's a fun play on the word and tempo If you enjoy their rap then maze of memories and ROCK from their skz2021 album is a must or freeze from their latest oddinary album if you haven't done it already! Also if you want to check out a different vibe of skz and more of their vocal stuff then I can recommend the japanese version of slump which they made for an anime/webtoon! Just wanna say straykids have 3 units: • 3racha(Chan,Han,Changbin) -the producers • Danceracha(Leeknow, Felix, Hyunjin) - obviously the dancers • Vocalracha(Seungmin,I.N) - vocalist, i think Han too since he work with this unit anyways the kids are all rounders, 8 of them can rap, dance, sing, and can produce songs.

Love your reaction. Fun fact: last part of Changbin is from a corean nursery song. Also, I suggest to check 'Up all night', with that song they take a totally different direction with Felix's voice. In general, is super different of what you've heard until now. Edit: I suggest to listen to 'Surfin' too, is a LOT more pop, but with that you can definitely see Felix's range. He's like a totally different person.

Sorry I keep adding songs haha 'Cheese' and 'Domino' are songs you should listen too. Haters always say Stray Kids are just noise, so they made "noisy" songs on purpose. In fact, that album is named Noeasy (as in noisy) for that reason. The whole album is amazing.

love your dissertation of their flows! 🔥 from a music production perspective this song is an absolute beast to be able to come up to. the beats, the fast snares, the distortion and that weird elephant sound they got that’s making the song both eerie in contrast to the fast and slow rhythm of the tempos and rap flows are INSANE!

I'm watching your reactions just to try understand mine. Since kpop is not my thing and considering myself too old for a boyband they hit me so hard, and still wondering why I really like their music, somehow they broke my own concepts and I'm so glad they did. Also I will always laugh anytime someone says, “You know?” I don’t know the very og story but there are a lot of clips of them saying, “I know. You know? Lee Know!” When I heard this in the song with Lee Know saying his name I was like, Nice! Lol. Usually in the clips they are saying this he looks so irritated about it and rolls his eyes. The line in the song almost seemed like an acceptance. Hahaha! I like that SKZ writes the fandom into their songs. I think they have a really good sense of humor and are able to play off of criticism of the group as well as shout out the fans.

I love this one so much. I loved how the snare felt like the rapid beat of the heart of a rabbit even when the rest went slower. I loved how they played with the themes and the word play. They are talented and lyrically smart. Never thought I'd be such a huge fan of a K-pop group. I get really effusive talking about them, pretty sure everyone around me is done with hearing about Stray Kids.

“If you told me that’s what turtles sounded like, I’d believe you.” The very first time I heard this I thought the same thing. Ever since it came out I always either picture Franklin the Turtle from children’s storybook or the ‘Turtle Guy’ from the movie Master in Disguise.
