so what is the most hated deck in all of magic well its teferi most likely but I present to you a worth wile contender for the most cancer deck ever. this deck only removes things and heals that's all it does and it does it very good. its slow but it works

So if my theory is right the game stores his life total as an 8-bit integer. Counting higher than 255 requires a 9-bit integer so it has an overflow error.

@@solarfyre2136 I don't think that. He died on his upkeep. Unless it stories the value of what the sanctum can tap for in a different variable, instead of have the sanctum reference the life total variable.

So I built a version of this, trimmed it down to 60 cards, tried to avoid actually tripping the error code by relying on March of Multitudes and settling on beating for lethal instead of several hundred, and messed with the land base a little and you're right when you say the deck is surprisingly well built. It just locks down games and so far out of the 8 rounds I've played with it, I lost 1 to locking myself out of black mana after mulligan to 4, and one I didn't win because I accidentally tripped the crash error. Every other game I either won legitimately or won via the opponent getting frustrated into ragequitting. Nice work, man!

I've just managed to get all the cards needed for this deck finally and managed to get it to do 600 Tokens but it lags really badly. Crashed out at 1577 life, 600 tokens, and crashed because of 3x 1580 token generation only managed to process 1322 on the first primal amulet before it crapped out. seems to work better than in December but still buggy.

What broke the client was the Sanctum of the Sun. The client broke cause it could not handle a 200+ Mana on a single land calculation for 5 colours in your upkeep. Every update cycle it pushes the life total integer into the land Mana reference integer. The land Mana reference overflowed.

Shining Darkness I literally did this the first time I ran into a bolas citadel deck. Wanted to see what would happen, turns out it was sac a massive wildgrowth to thud. The second time this happened they clearly didn’t have red mana so I waited again. Turns out his plan was swing at my face with his entire library on the board. Unfortunately for him he got cocky and went all in with 0 cards in his library, needless to say I had 4 untapped white. He got settle the wreckage’s and surrendered before it even resolved. Lmao.

7:35 Missplay 1: uses Dryad Greenseeker instead of attacking. Still acceptable. 7:50 Missplay 2: casts Ravenous Chupacabra instead of attacking with everything and sacrificing 2- 3 "minions" to deal more than 16 damage using Thallid Omnivore activated ability: the opponent **you** have only one land at his disposal and could do nothing since it was a mere plains. He could've won the game. Brilliantly.

2:50 SPOT ON. I played lich's mastery the otherday against a mill Coutnerspell tribal deck with Reshuffle. He had no way to destroy my Lich. I turned on an auto clicker on skip turn. Played smash bros while he constantly reshuffled to stay afloat. Sure i couldn't win. sure he couldn't win. But watching him scramble was all the moral i needed to beat a Wifi Samus...So that's a win for me. (He conceded after 3 sets of Online ultimate matches and 8 minutes of manual skipping prior to the smash bros.)

I had crafted an Azor's Gateway after watching your original deck video, and ended up playing games even knowing the game was going to break since it was still fun lol Also, a couple of things I did differently: 4 primal amulets - insta win if flip basically Ritual of Rejuvenation - bad on its own, but with a flipped amulet, a divination that heals you Crucible of Worlds - testing this out, best with 2-3. Run with evolving wilds, and basically becomes 3 mana draw a land card every turn, comes in tapped. Thins out deck and makes draws more consistent. Also, with this setup, I can run a single forest in the entire deck, which I pull out after I make sure I have 2 W and 2 B mana. Sideboard: banefire in case I feel like dealing 150 damage to opponent's face

To proc azor gateway more easily you can use the double cards (their CCM is the SUM of both cards, so discovery//dissipate has CCM of 7 for instance)

Whenever I've got Azor Gateway to go off in a deck similar to this, though I didn't use march of the multitudes or green mana, arena always unexpectedly ends the game and grants a victory to my opponent. Not sure why. I think it's an azor gateway issue with large amounts of mana because the game doesn't do this for me when go so high in life points with say wildgroth walker.

It's because the overflow comes from the upkeep check for lands. Azor's Gateway is what causes the overflow when over ~500 life.

Alternative version of this deck is now my main deck. Most robust against anything. I would recommend switching to Banefire instead of March of the Multitudes since it cannot be countered. also think about replacing a Immortal Sun with Dawn of Hope. To speed things up you could also include one Final Parting.

@@derekc9835 The counters are sometimes hard to take, but has he more than you have removal? If so... well good game, cannot build a deck to win every matchup. But I had no problem with the dimir discard. As long as you draw fast enough with dawn of hope you will get to the lands, and the removal is pretty cheap. Also you can block ground stuff without trample with 4 mana tokens from dawn of hope buying you another turn sometimes to draw the tasty removal you were waiting for. Yeah sorry I am repeating and repeating the one thing. But seriously the synergy for Dawn of Hope is sick in this deck. Also it complements the main theme. Can you imagine the cancer the opponent gets when your three fountains of revival each trigger your two Dawn of Hope in the late game and he has to wait for you to tap those 2 mana everytime? urgh xD

Just dusted this deck off, updated it.....was hella fun to play. Unfortunately, they capped the tokens. I cast March of multitudes, for 300, doubled twice with flipped amulets.....only let me have 250 tokens.....kinda sucked. Was great to play, this was the first deck I got hooked on this channel.

Have you ever considered putting 1-2 copies of Banefire? You can use it with Primal Amulet-Azor's Gateway lands -> tons of damage that can't be countered or prevented -> much better than tokens and quicker! Give it a try ;-)

But in case the opponent understands your deck and starts to wait for the gaia's blessing to neutralize them (ofc vs blue control), you'll probably end up losing it by milling yourself. Hey, it was just a tip for a sure win condition, even only in 1x, you can safely hold it in your hand and don't use it if you don't need and continue the agony as usual! So imho I would replace march of the multitudes with banefire

Don't. It doesn't work. More often than not you'll be mulling to have some sort of playable hand, and the deck is extremely vulnerable to hand control, which is standard side-board-tech against specialty-builds like this.

I played against this deck with my UB mill deck and two tech inclusions saved me. I run two Sentinel Totems (exile entire graveyard) and an enhanced surveillance (to shuffle my graveyard back into my deck). All it took was an Ixilan Binding on their Ixilan binding and it was over. Also, Apex of Power in a deck with thousand year storm isn't good, but it is HILARIOUS if you can make it work.

just tried playing a deck based on this. after i spawned 280 dudes with march the game slowed down to an absolute crawl. playing a land took 5 minutes to resolve haha. for some reason my opponent didn't resign so when i eventually got my attack off he was -540 i was on 659 life haha. dawn of hope is a really great addition to the deck imo, if you get it down early you just get such huge card advantage.

I am wondering, what would happen, if you got to play March and produced those hundreds of tokens only for your opponent to prevent all damage. 4 turns in a row. Wouldn't that be hillarious?

Have you thought about splashing blue in there for unmoored ego? Could take care of enemy countermill or instants/sorceries? Please upvote so he sees this. (Edit) Also thoughts on Settle the Wreckage to speed up their milling?

its a fun late game deck for sure, he can just chromatic lantern and banefire instead with all that lifegain and primal amulet effect aswell.

I’m not even sure what I just watched but it was epic. I’d love to see this against a counter spells deck. It seems whenever I create a deck I see on RU-vid that it never goes as well as it does in the videos.

jw but you think you could tinker with a rakdos deck that's based around the guildpact artifacts ive made one that had a 5 win streak off ranked but when i went to ranked i lost 1 out of 4 games b4 i called it quits i just find it funny to drop a 6/5 firewheeler

@@stevesteven1149 haha I also didn't really understand how he got the numbers but I THINK he had a card that let him use his life as Mana or something and I THINK he had a few of those so he just did his hp x 2 then added his normal lans and then the ones he tapped for the extra but I'm not 100% I'm going to have a friend watch the video and kind of explain it to me. I tried pausing to reach each cards info but it was a lot to take in. Haha.

I owned all these cards except sanguine sacrament so I replaced it with axis of morality and surprisingly it works really well, Usually saves my life.
