You have to prep the wheels Degrease them well. Wipe them down and make sure they’re super clean and super dry I’ve got black dipped rims for 12yrs now. I like this color. I’ll add a base of black then coat with this color
They where washed and cleaned then used the cleaning solution that was provided from manufacturer. If that didn't make a difference then I would just stick to Plasti dip for now on ! Hyper dip doesn't seem very durable.
