In the carnos dustdust route, they had 5 But if were talking about the hatred dustdust one, chara and frisk are already dead so we dont know thier lv, but were assuming 2
Hyper dust is the only dusty boi who did it with no outside help or lv as his dt was higher than frisk/charas due to him getting to lv 98. being the only thing to ever have done so and lv99 after winning he is the strongest a sans for the ut timeline can be (except fatel error or maybe error)
@@A_HampterV2fatal error has no hp at all, neither does error, although Hyperdust has a blaster being able to erase code, being able to delete fatal but not canon error, error probably cant erase him either since he has so much determination his code cant be erased error sans would win but not being able to kill hyperdust due to stupid amount of health, impossible amount of DT and unbreakable code
