Hyper Hyper: Carnage / Combat PVP Guide - STILL WORKS FOR PATCH 7.5 

Update patch 7.4: With the new gear, we now use item rating 336 gear for PVP. Since nothing else changed for Carnage, you can still use this guide as is.

Quote of the day: "You might be wondering what is wrong with me" Great guide as always Obviously you can't go through every rotation but here is my personal favourite. Choose "Berserk Gore" on level 23 then you can switch massacre to gore every other time you go through your rotation. After the opening you go: - Ravage - Battering Assault - Massacre - Dual Saber Throw - 3x Massacre - Berserk - Ferocity - Vicious Throw - Devastating Blast - Gore (Alternating with Massacre) - Battering Assault - 3x Massacre - Ferocity - Gore - Devastating Blast -, and back to Ravage. Don't do this(for PvP) but on level 27 you can choose "Overwhelming Slashes" for more consistency.

I’ve been getting confused with guides lately - everyone says that the Classes are mirrored (Marauder/Sentinel) etc But all of the guides I see, and tier lists and gear guides always point towards Empire classes, and specific prototypes/specs Are each class on one faction, and EXACT mirror to their counterpart for the other faction?

any chance we can get your opener translated to sentinel side? Looks like to me 30 stacks of meditation thrown into zen> twin saber throw> force leap>Zealous strike > blade rushx3. Then this is where im getting messed up. Looks like precision>dispatch>clashing blast>blade rush> zealous strike> Blade rushx2> blade barrage >clashing blast?

Is carnage good for pve? Playing annihilation atm but I'm not enjoying the spec, I use to play fury before 7.0 but I have no clue about the changes.

is all this info still relevant in the game today? Or has the pvp sandbox changed much in regards to pvp? I'm new to the game and looking into getting into pvp but it's hard to tell which guides are reliable and which are outdated. Thanks either way.

is there a reason to only use 336 gear instead of 340+? i know pvp caps at 336, but what benefit do you get from staying at 336? just wondering cause im new to swtor and i see a lot of people that are good at pvp in 336 gear
