If Lightspeed made Apex Mobile and is making High Energy Heroes, then why was optimization bad for Apex? Was it a different engine or something? HEH feels amazing and Lightspeed clearly knows what they’re doing so it’s weird they weren’t able to figure out apex mobile optimization
Your words are true. How is the optimization bad in Apex Legends but not in High Energy Heroes ? After EA sunset the game , they developed High Energy Heroes in 3 months and launched a beta too in 4th month but it took them 2 years to develop Apex Legends . They developed a game in three months which is more optimised than a game was in development for two years . That's very suspicious
I actually was playing this for the first 2 seasons (when Bangalore got released) and it's quite literally 99.9% Apex Mobile XD. It felt sooooo good. The reason I left it was because I can't understand Chinese characters and can't participate on the events (also it didn't have FPP). I really missed Apex so much. Hyped AF. Hoping for an FPP mode and constant updates
I want apex legends mobile… not hyper legends or any tweaked version of apex…. I want apex or I would have already played Farlight… but I didn’t because apex was different and I loved the feeling of playing a pc game by EA on mobile….
I said it before I will say it again, I believe wholeheartedly that the reason the game initially shut down was because EA wanted to be greedy. They were not getting expected profits and would not increase the funds to tencent and lightspeed needed for development and proper advertising. I'm most certain Tencent knew about the game closing down well in advance which is the primary cause of the delays weather they forced the delays onto EA-Respawn we will never know but I will be the first to say Tencent is not stupid and they did not deserve to be treated so poorly by EA. I'm looking forward to Hyper legends so long as EA stays far away from anything to do with its development. They should have listened to the players and tencent with their complaints. EA is not as well versed in the mobile platform as Tencent Games.
I didn't know about this but makes sense. And tbh I'm disappointed in EA. I knew how greedy they are but this is just a new lowest low. I'm happy that Tencent is being competent and stepping up but really, I'd prefer that it was actual Apex Legends Mobile with the established characters and lore and source material, not a reskin.
@duiduidui- that's most likely because tencent was the primary developers of the game While EA and Respawn were more or less just sponsors. They wanted the money but didn't want to pay the Chinese Development team what they felt should they should be making to maintain the game in multiple aspects. So honestly I think tencent is okay with the backlash and they definitely pit it on EA.
I'm streaming the game almost every day, and for a guy who was creating a lot of videos about apex m back at the time, I must say that HEH is looking incredible so far, the movement, visuals, and optimization are all 10/10, not just a cheap clone of ApexM but a true standalone game with a lot of potential. It will be one of the biggest surprises of 2024, in my opinion!
Well currently I'm playing the Chinese version and I can say this game has more potential than apexm but the only thing missing is the FPP mode. Do you know anything about it like when FPP will be available or it won't? Also they should work on new br map so it won't feel boring. Anyways, I'm pretty excited for the global launch. IMO, Tencent want to develop Apex Mobile like what they did with PUBG: have full right to using the IP and do it freely without interference from original company. But, EA are not experienced in this business models. In PUBG, they not following Original PUBG development, while in Apex Mobile, EA wants to still have some influence. So there was no agreement between the two. Tencent may not the greatest game company out there, but they're experienced enough to understand how mobile market works.
tencent is going to release high energy heroes everytime they make a game thats only in china later they will release it later globally they are also doing it right now with Yuan meng star (dream star) its going to release first in canada it will be called Project: Fun party but for high energy heroes i think they will release it first in USA or Canada
i dont even know why the og apexm was shut down. it was perfect besides minor bugs and ping issues for me, but gameplay wise it was literally the most fun shooter game on monile
It was because of all the low budget phones expecting to run the game great and they didn’t know how mess with setting. I ran ultra graphics 60fps no frame drops on 12 pro max it was smooth and great!
I hope they bring controller support cause I just started using controller on mobile and controller actually quite fun and also I am very much hyped for the game can't wait
Tencent is a big company, what they did to Hyper Legends is that they didn't copy, they take inspiration out of Apex then they recreated a game assets which is good for other devices, optimized and clean.
This is ONLY for now, to give apex players a chance to find this game, stop moaning about EVERYTHING. Once we get this globally and released thats when people will stop calling it apex mobile. Also my title includes the REAL name of the game :)

To support a game that is a 90% rip off of another is not my cup of tea. China is out of control. At this point all games copy each other on some level but this is ridiculous.
When it launches globally and I get low ping imma destroy the lobbies... When you play with lag with high ping you have to predict your opponents movement

Only Original Apex can Compete Warzone.. This have 0 Chances. Reason is Simple, If Hyper Legends comes out globally then less people will do transactions in these chinese recolors comparing to the original one and then if afterwards the Original one comes back in the name of Cross Progression then the amount people spent on Hyper Legends will be a Waste for the 2nd time .. which gonna again impact the original one if released for the 2nd time. Whereas Warzone looks promising with the cross progression to every COD title coming and available to PC.. Apex already spoiled their scene so it’s hard to compete Warzone now.. Apex had it’s year which they Sunset.. This is Warzone’s & Valorant Year.
Apex Mobile wouldn’t have low player base if game legit stick to original Apex as PC & Console with cross play support like Fortnite did. If High energy heroes ends up having bots in Rank mode, then it’s clear a game that as low player base but doesn’t then real players will be find quickly if over 500k-1million downloads!
Tencent :- no chance in India, I can't play arena breakout, many Indians also , gaming companies should be capturing indian it's their biggest market , but pug g just letting anyone in , I mean many people don't play games other than pub g , low amount of cod m players compared to cod m , apex etc.
You forget to say mow there's no actual servers in asia and america in apex mobile you can't pick the server you would like to play on it's mix servers so even if we have good internet connection here in Philippines we still lagging AF i really hope hyper legends will have an individual servers asia and america because all of us here in Philippines use mobile data just to play the game tell them mow please
