Can you explain the role of Mg in Hypercalcemia? I know that PTH stimulates the renal reabsorption of Mg, but that action is inhibited by Hypercalcemia...which is where I am confused. And that we must correct levels of Mg first in the case of Hypercalcemia. Thank you

I was diagnosed with Sailolithsis after 5 yrs of swelling then my gland was removed due to size never decreased and showed precancerous qualities.. After surgey i get lyme 6 months later i see neck surgeon and tell him my other side is messing up now and he says get my parathyroid checked. I did and it comes back high calcuim and a bunch of stuff i dont understand.. my question is complex due to the tick bite after surgery and the relationship between hypercalcemia vs tick bite vs parathyroid. 🤔

Thank you....a few years back (3) i was crazy for cheese. Within a year or so I began getting corns, 2-3 on each foot. Most along the area behind my toes...1 was near my heal. My blood ca was 10.5 now it is 9.7. I want to have a cardiac calcium scan so maybe in spring of '21. I find no mention of these little corns/pins that so annoy me Can they be the result of a 2-3:year cheese bing? Thank you for this clip...I suspect my score will not be 0 yikes!
