If you mean the theme that played in most of this video, it really is from Hyperdimension Neptunia! You can hear it through here (it's an URL, and it's not directly linkable in order to pass through as a valid YT comment, just remove the spaces around the dots to access it): downloads . khinsider . com/game-soundtracks/album/hyperdimension-neptunia-gamerip/Track%252019 . mp3 It's (a slowed down version of) one of the many variations of the main melody of the game. As you probably saw or guessed out, the music doesn't have a name, because it is one of the many songs that weren't in the original soundtrack CD, it had just some selected themes (+ some extra weird sound effects at the start of some of them), this might be the reason why some of those discarded themes (still) weren't uploaded to RU-vid (as far as I know). And I say "some" because I found some of those here on YT before, like the tutorial dungeon and its battle theme, as well as White Heart's battle theme.
