How did you know about Noire's antecessor? Where did you read that?

@@khoihuynh6216 Well it was part of the expanded lore of the original Neptunia series. Which was heavily inspired from actual gaming history and took hot takes on piracy (I rather not talk much about the original writer of it since it's a guy very debated in the gaming industry even up to this point with his latest works, but did point out big part of SONY's console sales were due to allowing piracy so more consoles would sell and raise awareness globally at the expense of their third parties, a lot of things happenned in the 4 years i made that original post actually!). Was too heated up in the end that it had to be toned down massively in the rebirth series and focus more on the story of Nep and the cast and less in the world building since it wasn't the main point. Which I think it's better that way, less drama and more focus on nepnep.

Noire is the only Lastation CPU Note in victory there are only 3 nations at the start in Ultra Dimension Planeptune (Sega), Lowee (Nintendo) and Leanbox (Microsoft Xbox) In Hyper Dimension All four nations are there

Because in UD, you must require a CPU memory to transform and CPU is technically human in that dimension

Actually, that's the first plotline that comes up in Victory when Neptune realizes she's no longer a goddess. The CPU Memory turs you into either a CPU or a monsters, depending on whether you have thepotential to be one. Obviously all Hyperdimension CPU's have the poentntial since they ARE CPU's in their original dimension.

@@LeonGun8 - I think the bigger question is: Why can Ploot transform in Hyperdimension by default? She is shown to be able to, but the mechanics in Hyperdimension are not well explained

That's actually an assumption based solely on the events of Victory. Judging by how rules works on the Hyperdimension and ignoring the plot convenience at the end of Victory, it is actually a good assumption that a full-powered Neptune (and even full-powered Nepgear) can beat Plutia since their shares are much higher (the Purple Sisters are well loved in Planeptune and Shares are a big part of a Godess' strenght). Plus now that Neptune has her NEXT Form she can likely mop the floor with Iris.

Well, not really. In the case of Plutia she represents a console that is now dead. It had no upgrades. Nepgear also represents the Game Gear,and since that was the only Sega handheld she also can't evolve further. Neptune has a NEXT Form because she represents the Sega brand in general, just like Noire, Blanc and Vert represent their own brands, not just one console. Out of the Sisters the only one they can upgrade to a new form are Uni and the twins, since there has been upgrades to their represented handhelds (The DS to 3DS/New 3DS and the PSP to PS Vita). At least that's how it works if they don't want to mess up the console representation intact.

Yeah, and that's kinda what makes her anime portrayal so awesome. She doesn't lash out against anyone for no reason, and even with Neptune here, she only attacked in order to get her out of her funk. She wasn't even all that sadistic about it.

Based on Q&A fans does its proven that Neptune is stronger than Plutia (She is the weakest CPU by specs but also the strongest for being known for having a huge claim of shares) from the beggining (excluding shares), but Plutia still would the fight for being far more experienced and skilled in combat. Winning fights it's not always about power. I remember the power charts (with no boost from shares) goes like this Plutia < Blanc < Noire < Vert < Neptune < Peashy When it comes to CPU power, it was already stated the power gaps between goddesses are much bigger there are no even fights the power gaps are considerable in that order (But shares can tip the balance of fighting greatly), sadly they didn't add villains and the sisters in comparison, I would had been curious where characters like Arfoire and Rei would fit in. Back to Plutia, even thought she is weak as a CPU, and aside of being overly aggresive and powerful because of her sharecount, She's great at fighting, and her fighting style attributes on making her a formidable opponent, one of her biggest factors of how she win fights is because she incites fear upon their foes, an enemy caught in fear will perform much worse than the fearless (Look how Peashy kicked her ass so easily, not even Plutie saw that coming!).

No plutie is stronger than nep

This was clarified, descendants are meant to surpass their original counterparts. Just like Nep will eventually outdo Plutie so will Nepgear to Nep one day. But Plutia is still in a position above Nep when it comes to fighting for now. Wait till the nep series decide to brand the current era in Japan where portable gaming takes over home consoles and desktops PCs. Based on the scale of the timeline we're currently in the Xbox/Wii Generation given they treat the dreamcast fall as a past one, still is an alternate universe while the Zero dimension was one closer to our real one, given in this dimension Nep exist and is the CPU of Planeptune while in our world Nep should be you know, never been born in the first place or died way too early and Plutie or Uzume should had been in charge of Planeptune under a different nation name.

@@Reialine so it means plutia grows stronger if her enemy's are scared and caught off guard but plutia got kicked by peashy because she was fearless which mean plutia is weaker if her foes are fearless

Game Plutia, yeah, maybe. And even that has exceptions, like in Superdimension, where she seems more self-aware of her CPU form's sadistic tendencies. Anime Plutia is unironically amazing though.
