bro, if you activated your windows with a illegal key this may be the problem because on my new PC it works fine but if i plug the keyboard to a PC that is activated illegal I can't use the software like you.

Ive got the fury rgb ram. worked for a week. Than now it's only the rainbow pattern by default that works. Sometimes detects sometimes not JUNK software.
Don't know if this will help you or anyone in here but, in my case the NGenuity was conflicting with MSI Afterburn and Riva Tuner, I closed the programs and was able to run the NG without any crashes. As soon I was able to send my presets to the memory of the keyboard, I never open the NG software again.
I have the same problem with the hyperx cloud 2 wireless. The software even makes the headset lose connection from time to time, so I have to close the app for my sound to not cut off. The thing is that they don't seem bothered to fix the problems that they have with the software and just slap the "beta" tag on it so they can avoid criticism. I love their hardware, but the software part is literally garbage
i have the exact same problem with my alloy origins 60% and the thing is... it worked for 1 day and i turned on gaming mode and now im stuck in gaming mode i cant press the windows button, i cant open task manager, i just cant do what normal keyboards do. The worst softwere.
Til this day stey havent fixed it , i never been a HyperX guy but got myself a headset of theirs , not complaining great device, but there are only-supported devices on this software wich some of them dont connect, speaking from a friends experience, nor my headset connects. Hope they fix it.
Yea me to, but now, the led lights is not working and it wont even connect to pc, it says unknown usb dervice. I try reset factory not even responding. It was working perfectly but after I try to update it, it was not even moveing.

I bought mine 2 days ago and have the same issue.Man, I've tried so many ways to fix it... none of them worked. I left a comment on reddit thread where HyperX officals showed up. Hope they will help
@@_tagor_ I recommend you to contact hyperx support, I did that and they sent me a file to update the keyboard's firmware and they also sent me a list of programs that may cause issues with the keyboard, it worked for me for a while, now I have the same problem again, I was thinking about contacting support again.
@@FallenOnMars thank you for responding. I've updated firmware(found link Xyperx officials gave on reddit), but it didin't work. Still "Please connect a HyperX enabled device" . I don't have an email for support. Could you pls tell me one?
ive been seeing quite a few people complaining about it, which sucks because the alloy origins core is like 40 dollars less than the razer huntsman te but ofc the software is shit lol
Multiple Things. 1. Unplugging and replugging 2. Try a new cord 3. Reinstalling the program 4. Check control panel - devices to see if it shows 5. Your keyboard is broken and it would be better just to contact their fucking support page instead of making a garbage rant on youtube and if you would've used your goddamn eyes to look through the box it would say to CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT PAGE.
I can't use software either I have a mac computer but my keyboard runs great without the software I'm switching over the Logitech instead way better software
I got the problem of the start up, tells me to activate startup in task manager, it enables it but then it disables it and I cant either activate it in the hyperx software
I spent 200$ in the same keyboard has you, and it shuffled my keys, also it 7.1 won't work again, I will NEVER give a chance anymore to HyperX, I had enought.
i have the hyperx alloy fps mechanic keyboard and i was trying to fix some issues but i can't find the keyboard on the software, meaning i can't fix the key bindings.
i have been trying to do this for hours and i cant. my mouse wont even get detected by the software. when i first bought last month it recognized it and now it wont at all..installed on another computer and it worked instantly and was recognized. my main computer doesnt even show up but the mouse is functioning just cant change dpi or side buttons functions
Fucking trash software i just got my new mouse and it was working fine until i downloaded that shit software and mouse just stopped working it shows me that its connected, and i click on the mouse and it show i need to update i click update and than there is the sound and it doesnt update anything i just get thrown out of software to desktop and mouse just wont work the rgb isnt working LIKE WTF
Did you ever figure it out, I got the hyperx pulsefire mouse and ever since I download that trash software my mouse curser would freeze every 10 seconds and when I uninstall it still does it so either Way I can’t fix it
I also have a problem with this software! I can chnage the colors of my RAM but when i turn off the pc and restart itll give me a random color which is super annoying. Any soltions anyone?
(Ya actualizaron los driver y funciona.). Tengo el mismo problema!!. El teclado es Hyperx Alloy Origins Red. Lo probé en 3 computadoras (1 es intel y funcionó, las otras 2 son amd y no funcionan). Lo compré para un regalo y lamentablemente pasó esto. El software NGenuity (por ahora) es una basura
@@Pablo-zi7jd Ademas no trae la opcion de pulsacion de boton en los macros... me imagino que es por que es una beta, pero no puedes dejar a tus clientes con la mitad de las funciones por que si, mal ahi xyper x y creo que dejaron sin funcionamiento la version anterior de su software para rematar.
Lmao this keyboard came with two base color mods, then I installed the software and it fucked up, IDK if it was the firmware that the program made us install or the program itself, but it's so bad made it even can't be uninstalled on the control panel. My problem is that even the software recognizes mi keyboard and RGB change options don't work, but when I want to add presets to change with RGB change color, it doesn't work. If someone knows how to solve it, please tell me :c
Hey at least you can use your keyboard it would let me use my mouse now it said update firmware then I the all crashes and my mouse is basically broken rn
I had the same issue but I went to Reddit and looked up Ngenuity HyperX and found a link that you can download and use the mouse, only issue is you can’t do shit about programming the buttons or RBG. Don’t open up the ngenuity program after you download the file because then you have to do it over again.

i have an alloy orgins core and it can show up in the software but it wants me to do a firmware update on it first. when i try to do that, it says it failed and to try it again. I try again, and it says it cant detect my keyboard even though to get to that i have to click on connected products where my keyboard shows up showing that it can detect it. idk what to do

Cara se o 'MSI Afterburner' e o 'Riva Tuner' estiver na rodando, encerra eles, por algum motivo estava dando conflito e fechando pra mim também. Encerrei os programas e funcionou normalmente, depois só criei os 3 perfis, mandei para a memória do teclado e não precisei abrir mais o software.
I have the hyperx fury rgb memory and sometimes it detects it sometimes it doesnt but i cant change the lightning anyways cuz it fucking doesnt apply it whatever i do it stays the same rainbow colour
My computer was doing the same exact thing, you are wrong that you have to stick with that one pattern, press FN and either F1, F2, or F3 and you can change patterns, when my software wasn't working I gave it a few minutes and then connected the keyboard
@@eloi1209 go to the hyper x website and then on support from then talk to a technician he will give you the right software update i did that and it worked
