Dude, for real though. I see so many people come into my store (champs) and they are only getting what their friends are hype about, even when they were drooling over a pair that they actually like. Hypebeasts deserve no respect. You get what you like, because at the end of the day, your sneakers reflect who you are.

1.Have beaters -shoes you can beat up and not care about (Vans,converse,runners) 2.Cheap Heaters/collection starters -Shoes that are cheap but still hype that can help out your collection quantity/quality is good sometimes (AF1, GR Jordan 1, GR Jordan 4&3 GR Air Max 3.Expensive Heaters -Grail sneakers that you have to keep crispy.Quality/Quantity is better in this situation (Retro Jordans, yeezys, off white x Nike shoes) 4.Dress shoes -You don’t want to be the guy wearing concords to a wedding 5.Trade Bait -shoes that you can trade that’ll get you🔥🔥🔥

I am 14 and work at my local restaurant. I also have my own lawn mowing business. In total, I make about $100-120 per week. If you start your own business, it is a TREMENDOUS help for getting those grails.

I've started building my collection... So far I have Adidas Superstar Triple Tonal, AF1 '07 mid White, Nike Free Run 5.0, Nike Air Zoom Structure 19. Next are Adidas UltraBoost Gold Medal, some NMD's, Jordan 1 Retro KO CSL, Chuck Taylor All Star II in black and them Nike Racers.

always buy what you love. No matter what people think. if u love it, cop it. hype release is good for hustlin. but in the end, u gotta buy what u like and what u love to wear fam
one tip I have is expand your horizons. An example if you like Jordans and Nike's that is ok. But instead of buying strictly retro Jordans go look at the future's, or the eclipses.
My grail of all grails took me a while to get, gotta be patient - Kobe 9 HTM White/MC/Gum - after that any other that came afterwards are just to build a collection
i saved for the black metallic 5's saying that would be my grail because the 5's are my favourites and then they sat so i can't go ahead and say i have them and expect to be praised
