I don't know her personally, but she seems like such a kind and gentle spirit. Anybody that is suffering from insomnia I would strongly recommend subscribing to this channel. Every time I play one of her videos after 10 minutes in, I'm out like a light. I don't know when she was born, but I'm glad that she was born at all. We need more people like her walking the earth. Like I said, I don't know her personally, but she just seems like a lovely woman with a gentle soul. Wish there were more people like her. The world might be a better place.

That was amazing! Great job on the new video. A very effective induction. I tried to tell myself that I wasn't going to close my eyes immediately when you told me to but it was like flipping a switch and I was out. Pretty cool! Extremely relaxing and left me with a really positive feeling.

Thanks for this video and all others. There is a lot of wisdom and feel good in them. You also explain hypnosis very well. I have a hard time 'letting go' and this helped enormously. Even though I got distracted by my surroundings and bumped out in the middle, that drowsy feeling stayed for a bit :) I'll listen again soon in a more quiet place. Still not sure what kind of suggestable I am though, guess you can't be both? Kind regards from The Netherlands.

What a wonderful video. This is the deepest I've gone since I was hypnotized at a friend's party a couple of weeks back. Now, like then I seemed resistant to come out of it. Then I actually entered an R.E.M. State. Not sure if I got there this time. Great though. 😄😄

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is something that many people experience, and it also has a spectrum of severity. Hypnotherapy and guided relaxation can certainly help reduce the symptoms.

McB12329 Hypnosis often does not mean you go completely "out" as many believe. If you felt deeply relaxed, that is successful hypnosis. If you were unable to feel deeply relaxed at the very least, then I'm truly sorry these Journeys were not suited for you.
