I envy your ability of still being able to imagine things well in trance. I can imagine things very well, but as soon as I enter a trance, I can hardly imagine anything x.x

@@forevercupcakes354 If you’re seeing demons, you should get medical help immediately. The more you wait, the harder it’ll be to get out of it. I’ve suffered from psychosis before and seeing things like that is a huge warning sign that something’s wrong. I’m not saying you have psychosis but I am saying that something serious is going on and you should really have it looked at by a professional. I wish you the best

Try to listen to some more and really try to let go. Did you ever daydream or do you know how to induce that state? If yes, try that. Best would be if you try it at weekend or at a free day with nobody home, if possible. Then you decide if you are more comfortable with sitting somewhere or sitting or lying in your bed. And after that, you could try to just focus on one single thing, like anything. You could even focus on a wall the whole time. If you feel like it's working that you enter a daydream-like state, try to induce this feeling or state again while listening to a recording of his. It's also important to listen to many different recordings for finding out what helps best for you to enter a relaxed state or trance. I really wish you the best of luck and success with future recordings. If you got any more questions, don't hesitate to ask :) Took me a good 2 months or 20 recordings for it to work as intended and with me being able to "identify" when I'm hypnotized. So don't give up and enjoy it, when it finally works. Like something you had to earn ;D

Just..close your eyes and do as the voice says My hands went limp..I couldn't move them if I tried I may not be the best help though...just don't force it or do the opposite

What exactly can't you take seriously? Is there a specific part you could name =? And I got a good imagination, too, but as soon as I enter a trance, my imagination gets as bad as it can get and I can hardly imagine anything :/

Chizuru Yato I have the exact same problem. when i was talking about not being able to take it seriously i was trying to find the source of my incapability to imagine the hallway and stuff.. when someone tells me to go trance i go there way slowlier than the guy sais. like when he sais 'you are now sleeping.....' i am still awake and don't find it difficult to open my eyes at all.. they should do a video that makes you access into trance easier.

It's harder to imagine because you're relaxing And when he says you're sleeping that's sort of a power nap style of sleeping,it's normal to immediately wake up but it's rather rough on your body if you got fully relaxed
