Every time I try doing this my bf wakes up and "disturbs" my body. He kissed my forhead when he saw me sitting in a chair facing the window and it feelt like a buzzing until I realized that it's him. I'm not mad and it's quiet funny when it's like he feels me and know when I try do meditate and so he decides to stop me with his kisses lol.

Kim I found your tracks just a couple days ago. I find you so relaxing and enjoyable. Out of all of the Hypno vids on youtube you are the only one that works for me. It's your voice and accent. I am ASMR prone as well. Some of the ways you say certain words will trigger tingles. Thank you. I wish this video was longer and you could guide to some place. I will take what I can get. I was wondering if you could place a set cue in your script for those of us who follow you so you can just drop us directly in hypnosis at a relaxed state. That would be wonderful. Maybe you could do one on a Past Life Regression here soon. A full detailed one. Thank you again, Kim

Hello Renwyn, I've not heard of 'ASMR prone' until now, but now you've brought my attention to it, this term really makes sense. Yes, I will most certainly consider another more detailed out-of-body experience video in the near future, so thank you for your suggestion. Also, like your trigger suggestion - I think this is something I worked into my first videos, but I've dropped it in my more recent ones - I will start working a trigger back in. I've thought about past life regression, but have to say I feel very uncomfortable about producing unsupervised regression work. If I'm going to do any regression, I'd rather be with the person. I think by and large, it will be safe for most people, but there are a few which could be extremely upsetting. Your feedback is very much appreciated and thank you for your kind words xx

I couldn’t imagine the garden at all but I had the outer body experience looking at a night sky with stars, it was an incredible experience!!! Wish it last ALOT longer it was wonderful regardless! Thank you x

I’ve been trying to do this for a while but I fail all the. I listened to this one twice. Even thought I couldn’t experience the OBE I feel very relaxed. I’d really appreciate if you could give me a tip how to make this work. I don’t want to die without experiencing this phenomenon at least once :)

GurrGamer oh lovely don’t stress on yourself to do this. Honestly, I experience a sensation of being out of my body, ie I know I am lying down, but feel as if I’m floating through the air. And I love this feeling. It is enough for me. Know that whatever you feel/experience is fine and really what you’re looking for is an escape from thought. Your body is the doorway 🙏💜 I hope this helps lovely 💫✨

Hello Ms.Kim, What wonderful induction and deepening upon deepening technique. I always find it odd,that when I get so far down and relaxed my body starts jumping,like an electric current is being passed through it.. LOL you certainly got me 'there'. Great work. Hey Marilu, tbh I think I’m one of the biggest procrastinators ever, so it wouldn’t feel right to do such a recording. Though I will say there are 2 things help me to get “stuff” done. One is to let go of my internal critic that is querying the usefulness/merit of finishing a particular task. And the other thing is to break down the task into small steps, rather attempting to accomplish the project all in one go. Oh, there’s also one other thing; and that is to allow myself to make mistakes, because it’s all a learning process. Whether it succeeds or not is fine, because I either learn from my mistakes or I complete something that turns out well. I hope these little things help a bit. We live in such a fast paced time and we have so much that we feel we need to achieve. “Nature does not hurry and everything is completed perfectly” (I think this is a Lao Zu quote??)

I just had out of body experience were people were making fun if me outside then when it was safe a friend took me up stairs to a tree house then when she called my name I slipped and fell off and died but I cold not move but I still heard my name bring called scary dream
