I originally just learned from a book I got at Chapters and practiced on my girlfriend. It wasn't until years later that I actually became a Hypnotherapist. But if you just want to get the basics down to have fun at parties or help people (or yourself) out, it's a great skill to learn. You soon find out that it can be used all the time in small and large ways to make your life better.

Certainly you can use it for the standard things like quitting smoking, drugs, booze, lose weight, etc. But you can also use it for sexual dysfunction/ enhancement, memory, pain management, better sports performance, allergies, focus, counter depression, etc etc. But it can really help you sort out your belief systems too. Need to understand that beliefs are just tools to try and make understandings of life but they aren't always set to be beneficial to you. If you have the belief that everything will go wrong in your life, you're going to focus on the things that are going wrong just to prove that belief as true. If you however choose to create beliefs that your life will be successful, opportunities will open themselves up to you that you wouldn't have otherwise known. They did an experiment once with say 20 'lucky' people and 20 'unlucky' people. They were each invited out to dinner in a restaurant and on the floor next to the table was a $100 bill. They noticed that all of the ones that believed themselves to be 'lucky' found that $100. All of the ones that deemed themselves unlucky never even saw it. The opportunity was there, the belief was not. With hypnosis, we can re-pattern our beliefs to ones where we see those $100. However you define them. Understand that beliefs are just tools that create good things or bad things and it's how we choose to form those beliefs that make the things the way we want. We can see cigarettes as a time to de-stress and relax after being mad, sad, bored, whatever. Or we can see them as poison preventing us from long and happy lives. Realize that Hypnosis is an amazing way to formulate our beliefs and lock them into our subconscious minds so that we can create great benefits in our lives. That almost seem like 'luck' to those that don't understand what we're manifesting.. Does that make sense?

When I do hypnosis, I generally tell people to remove their glasses mostly for safety reasons. A lot of people nod their head forward on a rapid induction and sometimes even collapse. As far as interfering with the induction process, no, they don't stop it from working. You might wonder why her eyes were still open when he first put her in trance, and that's simply because she didn't know she was supposed to. Most people when you say 'SLEEP!' will naturally close their eyes, but sometimes if the brain isn't clear on the command, it won't shut them. Doesn't matter, she was in trance with her eyes open anyway.

Hypnosis is more than just imagining something - in a hypnotic state you are so focused on a particular suggestion that you don't second-guess it no matter how ridiculous it seems and it becomes real to you in that moment

Have you ever been looking for something and couldn't find it at first? Then it turns out it was right in front of you all the time? It's sort of like that mechanism that is in us all.

Could it be that the inner critic is a little off and to the mind of the hypnotized the experience is similar to that of an oniric state??

I have other videos where I show the entire process, however this was one of my earlier ones where I didn't have everything filmed. If you say you can do it faster then that's great - go film you doing it and then upload it to your channel so we can see it!

You dont need to separate it into magnetic fingers and then magnetic palms. Thats garbage James Tripp peddles by trying to add a bunch of NLP into it. Zach doesnt need to explain to people YT watching this how and why of the steps, hes doing Street Hypnosis, not clinical spewing technical info to people. -again, this is stuff James Tripp and his friends do nonstop on street and its really irritating. Your job on street is entertaining and enjoying hypnosis together, not telling everyone nonstop details of how it all works while doing it with them. Of course after 20 years, you probably have forgotten that.

The only people who can't be hypnotized are those with low IQs. If you don't want to be hypnotized like this, you can resist. But you and everyone else who can focus can be hypnotized.

It does matter, for her safety, in case she's a flopper or her or your hands touch her face in the process of an induction. But you'll learn this as you gain more experience.
