This is one of my favorites in my collection I have not smelled anything like this EVER. The balsamic and spicy nature gives an almost minty like freshness combined with the vanilla praline sweet gourmand aspects; this is blended absolutely beautifully. It is like the jack of trades of fragrances it contains the best of everything!!

This is such a unique fragrance but I can't quite decide whether I like the pimento note or not. I'm so intrigued by it, though. Wonderful review! I just noticed that you're reviewing the parfum and I have been testing the EDP. I wonder if there is a huge difference. 🤔

AGREED - Hypnotizing Fire, the EDP (not a fan of the parfum) is sensual, sexy, intoxicating, all of that. Performance is trash though. I get maybe - maybe two hours out of this scent. No projection. Sillage is nice within those two hours, but that's all I get. So... I wear it when I know I'm gonna 'get some'. It's a fantastic skin scent. I spray my sheets with it. But unless the little lady is gonna be all up in your neck, not one to wear unless you know for a fact you're going to be close to someone.
Not familiar with pimento as a scent note but I'm way into Jamaican jerk grilling and that's a key component - pimento leaves and wood for smoking. Is this a similar scent?? Not burning as you say. I'm just trying to figure out how this might smell based on the description! I feel like I'm at a point in my frag-head journey that I'm wishing I could smell all these various notes on their own so that I can recognize what I'm smelling on a more granular level. If you have a suggestion on how that can happen (be it ordering the individual oils or whatever), I'm all ears. Well... eyes.

Didn't mean for you to have to repeat yourself, it's just that I have scent dyslexia sometimes and it's hard for me to read something and translate it to a scent memory - sort of like how I can tell if a room looks stylish when seeing it but I could never have gotten it to look like that based off of my imagination (I would make a horrible interior decorator).
