Dear mr. Balteri! What a wonderful machine you have made. I like the detailing AND the fact that you have made this on a small lathe: the MD65. AND also you have made the design and drawings yourself. The ring gear is very smart thinking!! Was this original?? This encourgages me also, someday if I can find some time, to start a simmilar project... Thanks again for your nice video!
Many thanks Mr. Van Der Drift for his appreciation. The ring gear is not like in the original engine of Murray, but it's like a medieval gear because to make a gear with internal teeth was not in my ability. I hope to soon see his project working on you tube. Thanks again Enrico.
Thanks mr Calin. I used type mosaic tiles for bathroom cm 1x1. For breaking the wood-based I then chose to mount the machine on a stone base. If you send me your e-mail I can send some explanatory photographs.
@@ARCHENBAL But, Enrico, you can't keep them forever. Even I had to get rid of my family mementos, my 1960 Chrysler cars and my gem collections because I cannot take them to Heaven. I know I miss them, but what can I do. All things come to an end, eventually. I had 4 Wilesco steam models, kept them for years, I just sold the last one about 7 months ago. I had a large train set layout, got rid of it 3 years ago. Sometimes you have to part even with what you love the most. Sorry if I asked.
@@mickcarson8504 Sometimes I expose the models that I have built in modeling exhibitions. The comparison with other model makers is very important for learning new things about our hobby. We are few people crazy enough to spend our time building useless objects, but we are all very proud of it; it is different from collecting objects that everyone can buy. I don't think I'll go to heaven and my son, if he wants to, will keep one of my machines as a paperweight on his desk.
Non è possibile comperare il modello, esso è in esemplare unico, autocostruito in alcune centinaia di ore di lavoro e non lo venderei per nulla al mondo. It is not possible to buy the model, it is unique, self-built in a few hundred hours of work and I would not sell it for anything in the world.

Uso acqua demineralizzata (quella per i ferri da stiro) e alla fine lavo la caldaia e l’asciugo con l’aria compressa, mentre tubazioni e motore, dopo l’aria compressa sono praticamente annegati d’olio, come tutto il resto della macchina.
