Ma'am why for one tailed test the critical value for 95% confidence interval is 1.64 ? From where it comes .? One the other hand it make sense that for a two tailed test we got 1.96 from the z table .

If we already rejected null hypothesis based on the test value, what is the need of p-value again ? Waise bhi we rejected null hypothesis right from test statistic ? Toh p-value pta krne ki kya fayida? Reject / accept toh karenge nahi dobara se.. can you please clarify ?
