One trick you can use on Bombchu missions like this is to let Bombchu take one of your side keeps (of course, NOT the Allied Base.) The scenario won't fail, since the actual objective is to have control of all three of your starting keeps after the first group of Bombchu are out of play. Though the enemies will get morale due to taking your keep, you have as much time as you want to go clear out everything else and then retake the keep. It especially helps on maps like this one where the Allied Commander intends to become a time limit on the map's second phase (ie, by charging the Enemy Base, possibly to get melted by its barrier and the boss.)
