How much do they pay their average worker's per hour, like welder's or painter's ? Will the Chinese shipyard under bid them, pay their workers less, and put Hyundai out of business ? This is an amazing operation.

You hire and keep your own Korean migrant workers right. DOnt become other places in world who dont hire there own most valuable and honorable people. They will work forever and be happy and healthy and have NO DEBIT and become family. Migrant workers treat their jobs like family. So on paper they dont look good as far as from a data or pre crime or pre anything elements but you hold the keys to these amazing workers. No debit or rent or bills. Just food and if you provide nice cloths and place to sleep with familes...For free you have lifetime national citizens who will die for you! ANd be happy. Do it happy and dream of finding jobs like this. Over the years you train the right ones in house and that builds more brand loyalty. Im serious you better hire mostly Korean Migrant workers and figure out an in house training program. You wont find them online btw and they dont do internet applications. Go get them! Bring them home!
+Mark Spence Belguim made vessels are superior on those Korean vessels.. The Hyundai group built big and many vessels but none of them meets the Belgian standard.. That's one of the reasons Boelwerf went bankrupt. We could not compete against the Asian dupming prices on their vessels...
+MrDesnoeker all i hear from you is whining. The so called "belgian standard" is way below the technological advancement of the Korean and Japanese shipbuilding skills.
+Artur Z Offcourse they offer 2 for the price off one! due too the lack off quality they can do that.. I have been one these vessels more than enough too know they are rubbish.. Asian vessels built in 1995-2000 are heading too the breaking yards this very moment.. European vessel are much older when they get scrapped! soo cut the crap!
MrDesnoeker the ships that are being made by Korean and Japanese companies are those of the higher standard. What you are talking about are cheap, low quality chinese ships that don't require high skills to build. Those I can agree with you. But ships like the super floating LNG ships for example, are by no means cheap. The belgians don't have the technology to build them right now. DOn't try to act like you know, because obviously you don't. Acting like this makes you look more stupid than you are.
