Hyundai coupe has the special model name 'Hyundai coupe special.' It made for WRC only 500 cars for sale back in 1997 to 1999 Korea. Aluminium parts(doors,bumpers,hood,trunk) and SACHS(made by Porshe Engineer) and Momo wheel. It's has light weight and short gear ratio but after all it didn't sold well. Cuz of the high price... Now in Korea few people have the Special model but still car racer and tuners looking for it and the market price going high. Old car has a power.
I have on like this, and honest to god these cars are tanks. I even heard a story about a drink driver in a silver one who plowed through a brick wall, hit two cars and still drove off!

Zeeer goed om te zien dat men de activiteiten doorzet na die nare brand ja. Overigens begin ik wel onderhand ook een warm hart te krijgen voor de kwaliteit van Hyundai. Was het niet al eens eerder dat een (andere) Hyundai na vele ramsessies het gewoon bleef doen? Maarja, kapot is het doel. Het scheelt hooguit minuten, want als het niet lukt: dan bijvoorbeeld maar achteruit! Hahaha
Geez, I would never have believed that Hyundai Tiburon would take such punishment. Seems like a little stiffening a little suspension lift and strengthening etc and that would make an excellent Rally car!
haha thats great we took my 97 accent/excel down some backroads in Vermont and sent it right into a ditch in 2nd gear just held the pedal down and she just barely chewed out of it and back onto the road that was a few years ago and i still drive the sucker pretty hard good gas mileage too
Wow! I'm not a fan of these cars but it sure can take a lot of beating! So if someone finds a Hyundai Coupé which has been taken good care of...it will probably last forever if not used as an offroad race car! :)
