The previous version was more value for money, just to add 6 airbags, they have cut costs everywhere. The previous magna variant had 3 rear adjustable headrests, not even the top end doesn't have 3 adjustable headrests and only 2 crap. Fog lamps removed.
@@ashishroy6793 Pre Facelift means After April-2023 model with 3 point seat belts and rear headrests for all rear passengers. This was given as standard for all models across magna to Asta optional. Please visit the showroom and book a prefacelift model as they accept the booking till old stocks are available.
@@ashishroy6793 Go for Prefacelift...U will get LED Projectors, Fog Lights, Cornering Lights, Rear seat 3rs passenger Headrest, Airpurifier, Nice look compared to present version...Also u will get 40K discount....
While I understand that it is a good feature, I honestly have never used the 3 adjustable rear headrests on any car I have been in and have never seen someone use them also. In chauffeur driven cars I understand the value but otherwise not really.
BS6 Phase 2 I20 was better.. 3 adjustable.. Rear Headrests.. It was very useful feature.. Projector LED headlamps... This Facelift i20 is costlier and worse than the pre facelife version. Bogus
Congratulations on 5L subscriptions. At this point I feel there is just 1 step behind perfection about your videos. Please add safety rating details for all. 🙏✌️
Hyundai i20 and Creta/Seltos scored poorly at crash tests. They might have scored 2-3 stars but all these cars were declared to have UNSTABLE structure. (meaning that airbags might not even deploy in time) That translates to "Buy at own risk". Altroz has far stronger body but very underpowered and unrefined engine. Baleno is a mixed bag with a good engine but questionable build quality. (Fronx is a better alternative tho) Dropping turbo engine option from new i20 is going to disappoint a lot of enthusiastic buyers who certainly prefer i20 as the only turbo engine option ever since VW Polo got discontnued. Fronx RS turbo might be their only resort now. Cars have become brutally overpriced now. It's hard to believe that the highly underrated Scross Zeta which was from a segment above with bigger engine and bigger body costed less than the new i20 and Fronx till 2022 when it got discontinued and was later replaced by an overpriced G.Vitara.
Sir just wanted to know, Two months before starting from base variants they are providing rear seat head rest, why they removed from the updated i20, strange , why Hyundai is doing like this?
Need an automatic suv, Budget 14L Half city half highway, related driving, need back seat comfort, mileage and sefty... Tata nexon facelift/honda elevate/maruti brezza or any other car ... Please suggest, it'll be my first car 😊
Boss, new i20 comes with IVT gear transmission. Not CVT. Requesting you to check again as far as I know, CVT transmission is not there in i20's anymore.
Hi Sourabh, IVT stands for Intelligent Variable Transmission. It is a type of CVT that uses a chain instead of a belt. Hyundai claims that makes it more durable and less likely to slip. Hyundai also claims that IVT uses a more sophisticated control system that allows for smoother and more efficient shifting. Hope this clarifies your doubt.
I think u wasted your time and your teams time and your teams effort to make this video...Hyundai is fooling Indian customers saying facelift but for eg Projectors lights, Fog Lights, Rear seat 3rd passenger headrest etc is removed but yet price increased and they call it as facelift...Infact it is price lift and big time cheating Indian customers...Dont waste ur time Sir...
@@TheDragon059 I went to book Asta(O) but sales executive asked me to wait fr facelift and why take old version....I thought it makes sense....But this facelift is pathetic...Also i had got 35K dicount and 5K discount on accessories...Now all is gone...Price is increased and also less features than old model...

@@kraithaywire I am no expert man, I was just quoting what v3car said in the beginning of the video.. it was said in the first 10 seconds of the video.. that turbo is not available for both regular and Nline variants..
to sum this so called facelift: - hyundai has given it the bumpers of the i20 that was launched in European markets back in 2020. - the volume knob we get now. yes, that's from the same i20 launched in the European market in 2020. - the new LED headlamps. you guessed it. it's from the car in the European market launched in 2020. - the new dual tone seats. yup. the european market i20 from 2020. - so are the seats. - so is the drive mode selector. This is utterly disrespectful. People genuinely admired Hyundai.
Just saw this car at showroom. It doesn't look like this facelift has got anything better that will get more buyers. This is not a facelift or premium hatchback, whereas it's a downgraded & cheap hatchback with price hike. Hyundai ruined the i20 by removing the basic/essential features and we won't be surprised if Hyundai will announce the discontinuation date sooner. There were Adjustable headrest for all rear passengers in every variant, but now it has been removed. Why Hyundai??? It's the worst decision!!! Still they carry the horrible/poor Halogen Reflector Headlamp unit for Mid-Variant (Sportz) and removed the fog lamps now, which makes it even worse. Leatherette padding on the front door armrests only but not on Rear. No Leather seats. No 60:40 split seats. No Leather Wrapped Steering wheel and Gear Knob. kudos to other brand hatchbacks. #Hyundai #HyundaiIndia #I20
Even i am very disappointed bcoz i wanted to purchase...By looking at what Hyundai has done i feel they will keep I20 only with Turbo & Nline...They will get this IVT combination in Exter slowly as customers in India likes SUV design...
