Hyundai i20 Gear & Clutch Hard Problem when car Hot after Some Kilometer | Slave Cylinder Problem

Honestly, if you add a shield with a metal patra along with some heating pads this works wonders trust me I had this issue once driving my car since 12 years now that too without any problems

Bro there’s a child part in that slave cylinder, actually the slave cylinder is not bad only that child part stops working, hyundai nowadays is providing that child part that cost Rs 139 , so ultimately price including that child part , labour , brake oil comes to Rs 750 , i too have an 2017 elite i20 faced same issue and today only i replaced that child part , the service advisor will always tell you to change the slave cylinder that would cost almost 5000 including labour , but try to talk to the service advisor tell him that you would give him some extra cash , so just provide me the child part . He will definitely give you the child part

Same problem with my i20. Needto change master cylinder Rs 10500.Gets heated in 20 to 30 km run.

Avoid korean cars go for EUROPE and americans and japanese far better hyundai only focus on features and spec but bhai car engine related sahi honi chahiye i drive chevy beat diesel i drove 100000 km no prob

Same problem with me, i broke the clutch master cylinder shaft 2 times, just before broken the clutch do not release properly and sometime it stuck.

Meri 2020 model h, company ne second service pe ek part me change Kiya tha free of cost, abhi 2024 aa gaya 1300km/18 hours gaadi chalayi continue but bhagwan ki daya se kabhi problem nhi aayi
