Hi Joe, are having the same problem with my Hyundai H1 TQ 2008 engine D4CB. The oil is coming from a leaking turbo charger. The leak in the intercooler leads to a loss in charging preassure so the engine has not it´s full power.

I would recommend replacing the compression housing in the turbo. That's where the fault lies
