The truth behind all my motor problems is becoming clear, the new parts have arrived and now it is time to install them and put the van back together, now oil pump and new timing chain kit, the parts were about $700 in total delivered and 7-day wait.
All this work because someone cut corners when building or installing the motor, who the F$#*% uses a sound hand timing chain on a reconditioned engine?
