Hyundai Ioniq 5 N Takes Down a Pack of SUVs in Drag Race
The Lamborghini Urus Essenza SCV12, Mansory Rolls-Royce and Brabus Mercedes saw nothing but Hyundai taillights.
Appearance is subjective. A purple Rolls-Royce Cullinan with a Mansory body kit doesn't look bad, right? And the nostrils on the Brabus-tuned Mercedes-AMG G63 remind us of a Pontiac Trans Am ram air, circa 2001.
As for the Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12, it’s not too different from the standard Urus. Although we would feel a little embarrassed driving a bright green SUV with a racing number on the door.
It's a very eclectic collection of ultra-expensive SUVs, but they have the power to back up the visuals.
The Cullinan has a 6.75-liter V-12 engine, while the G63 has the much-hyped 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8.
It's unclear what mechanical modifications were made to these tuner SUVs-there's at least 591 and 577 horsepower under the hood respectively.
In Lambo land, we know that the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 produces 627 hp. This is a special version of the Urus that can only be purchased by owners of the Essenza SCV12 track car.
