Can I just say guys that you do the most fun EV road trips, I love them better than all the rest. I had the Ioniq 5 for an hour when it first came into my local showroom and it was wonderful. Bizarrely, it reminded me of the Austin/Morris 1800 Landcrab because of the cavernous room inside. When the salesman asked me what I thought of the car he didn't seem too impressed with my Landcrab comparison.

Your road trips are great! I live in North Yorkshire and I am familiar with some of the roads you use in this review. I have been looking at buying an EV for some time and on the back of watching this, I bought an Ioniq 5! Please keep the road trips coming along and keep laughing!

Great. Car. Owned ours. For 3 years come august , one of the first. Best car I’ve ever owned , you need off street. Parking. AND. THREE PHASE , CHARGE

Just got an Ionic 5 and am heading out tomorrow to see my grandbabe 400 miles away, 💕 Thanks for your insights. You are a lovely couple! And I would very much appreciate an invite to the stunningly gorgeous country😄 I'm in the US so I couldn't get there by car though.😉

@@PlanetautoUK yeah will do and I currently have the kona Ultimate also full electric and it has been an amazing car but I just want something a little bigger and the Ioniq 5 suits my style being a massive fan of retro gaming.

@ARG I do like a kona, but the 5 is in a league of its own and the retro bits that’s what got me, what I call 16 bit styling, pixels etc it’s such a statement and completely different.
