Below features are missing in Exter 1. Fog Lamp. 2. Active Corning lights. 3. Puddle Lamps. 4. Glove Box Lamp. 5. Rear Arm rest. 6. Traction control system. 7. Rain Sensing wipers. 8. Idle Start/Stop. 9. 195/60 R16 Tyres. 10. 90 Degree door opening. 11. Adjustable head rest for Drive and co Drive.

Exter leads in terms of features and engine (4 cylinder( smoothness ) , but in terms of stability and control tata leads , rear seat of exter looks like hatchback doesnt feel as a mini suv , seat is lower than tata , not to forget tata service which scares , go for tata only if you are not a peppy driver and looks for safety and control

Exter : 6 airbags ,soft suspension and comfortable ride , smooth engine , good fit and finish, good service , excellent room in back seat view, bit lags in under thigh support in back seat ,, more features Punch : good structural integrity,, excellent under thigh support , stiff suspension so uncomfortable in bad roads , more sound and unbalanced engine , poor service , if you are unlucky like me manufacturing defects and poorly tested vehicle will create the hell after buying car .

There are many unlucky Tata Car buyers who regret buying their car based only on safety ratings and looks.There is a lot of quality issues and the Tata service personnel are finding it difficult to give a solution to many of the issues.It is a pain indeed.

@@DevNarayanan217 i have tata altroz and relative taken punch 1 year back from my personal and long term usage experience I won't recommend tata vehicle as it not worth for long term usage and peace of mind is a big question ❓ frequently getting issues ... . U can blindly go with Hyundai or maruthi brands . Specific to your question punch vs exter my opinion is exter 👍.
