Neither of these mods really increase power.If you’re wanting to get better traction off the line I recommend motor Mount with some good tires. If you’re wanting a better throttle response and mid range pull, an intake is a good move, especially a closed intake box
lol 😂 right. It’s crazy how different my gas mileage can be since I’ve tuned the car. When I speed over and over I get 10-12 mpg, even on the highway. But when I relax and drive normally I can easily get 22-28 mpg
Have you or know any Kona owners with warped rotors or bad pads in the first year of ownership? I made and appointment to get my front brakes checked. It vibrates alot braking from high speeds. It still stops but not like when new. I only have 12k miles.
Oh wow, yeah I would get that checked out. I was very hard on my brakes and didn’t have to change them until 30k miles. The only bad thing I’ve heard hard about the brakes for the N models is there being literally no rotors available for the car
@@KonaNthusiast okay thanks for the info. Hopefully just premature pad wear. I live in Germany so I do 90-120 MPH regularly so I'm not surprised. But still is kinda early though. I'll drop an update after I get them looked at.
Please make quick video about how the Kona compares to the BMWs after you come back. I almost traded mine for a 23 330i but pulled out last minute after the test drive. Love my Kona
