Hyundai Sonata Key Programming 

If your tool is capable of reading the PIN number that would be perfect or dealer will provide you the pin code with proof of ownership of the car.

@@huyug1 Thank you for your respond :) My device is MaxiCOM MK808TS but didn't read the PIN number , So when I call the dealership, Which PIN number I should to ask for ? Key PIN Number or which PIN ?

@@godisgood8781 that device can not read the PIN number. You will need to ask for immobilizer password.

For that car yes it did

2002 sonata key does not have transponder chip meaning that it does not need programming. Only remote has to be programmed separately which can be done without a tool.

@@renikasmyle3694 Kia and Hyundai usually doesn’t use transponder blade keys so no need to program it. Only remote
