Joel, these are pretty easy to clean up, by Hand it'll take time, but if you have a buffer,much quicker. Big thing here is keep an eye to the temperature of the lens,the polish/compound can sorta overheat,and will leave 'scorch' marks. Gently does it,and swap to the other lens often. Hope this helps👍
A quick, but temporary fix is to wipe it down with WD40. Clears it up for a few days. The only permanent fix is to replace the light, the plastic gets degraded by solar UV. I just give it a wipe down every few days. Have tried buffing it out with cutting compound yet though. The WD40 trick seems to work no matter how many times you repeat it.
