Probably a dumb question, but are all 2022 Tucsons hitch ready and as easy as this? Picked up a 2022 a few eeks ago and would like to add this.

I ordered a Hyundai Tucson hybrid and the dealership here in Ottawa Canada says we can't install a hitch on it even though it's listed as an option on the sell sheet. Do you know anything about this?
