And after looking in the mirror and seeing that, he dances to unravel and lose all the glammer and just be Hyunjin expressing his passion through dance (and also being playful like yall said and showing his own personality while the smirk can also be kind of "i make this look so easy" moment)

my thoughts on this performance : when the video started, he tied his hair like stylists do to him and you can see his perfect beautiful face in the mirror, so this is like when he debuted, everyone focuses on his visuals. then he started dancing, you still can see his face, so this is like when ppl only see him as the visual of skz no matter how hard he present his skills to everyone. then he ripped off the cape, that's the last time we see his face clearly. after that his face is always covered by his hair and the shadows. so this is like him getting rid of the 'prince' persona and you cant see his face clearly anymore bcus you are forced to focus on his dancing, his choreography, his talent and not just his visuals. so overall, this performance is him telling everyone that he is more than just a visual
