Most of the verryyy close bromance/friendship tends to be very sexual with eachother in public, like smooching cheeks, doing dirty stuff/jokes and aggressively touching. Usually the real romance ones, I've noticed, are more down toned, sweet and they don't go out of their way to be so physical raunchy in public. If hyunlix is more rowdy in their intimacy, I would belive they are just realllly good friends. But listening to how softly they speak to each other and the words they use, it's love in a romantic way for sure. If you turn of the video and only listen to their audio, without any context, it's similar to what you read in novels to express love.
