@@ITSOVER-qt3viI'm sorry you can't understand, but it's literally really easy to. Use what you want. Also, it's really easy to see what is there, nuts, pomegranate, banana, peanut butter and some seeds. Not sure what they are but it's easy to substitute. Not trying to sound disrespectful or anything but I'm just explaining.
For all the people looking for the recipie, this is what I found in the discription. Ingredients: Greek yogurt with frozen berries mashed in Use any fruit you have Nuts for healthy fats Seeds for healthy fats, fiber and some protein
dude why are people saying everything is too sugary for them? Unless someone has diabetes I don’t think fruit sugars and peanut butter made with 100% peanuts is gonna do anything bad to them
Well use vegan soy based Greek style yogurt, if you are European I highly recommend Alpro Skyr Syle nature (called Greek style in some countries but its the same yogurt). It's super creamy and delicious, while being just 68kcal/100g. As for nuts, you can always use seeds
Try Alpino's muesli, It's a wholesome delight that's ready to enjoy straight out of the pack. It is truly one of the best muesli options available! @AlpinoHealthFoods
