Sweet gear man, sounds great! Showing each pedal close up kept me watching for what was coming next. Wish you would have shown a shot of the whole board at the end though.
Thanks so much man! And you’re right! I should’ve show a fuller video/picture of the board! I’m planning on talking about overdrives again soon and I’ll make sure to show the full thing off (quickly) in there for ya! Thanks so much for watching, your comment, and the feedback! Appreciate ya!
Ah man! You’re so lucky to have the switches on yours! I wish I had that and the presence control on the outside. The shanks is unreal. Loving it so far! How do you like the shanks and KoT combo? Do you run them together or separate?
Man! I wish I had the external switches like you! That would make it so much easier to experiment with different tones. I’m currently on the waiting list since 2020, so I’ll be able to place an order for one in 2 years to get all the bells and whistles! I’m glad you’re enjoying the shanks and KoT combo like me! Let me know if you find any other fun combos!🤘🏼
Honestly I haven’t noticed any difference personally! I didn’t do a back to back test to hear the difference so I’m not sure. I did do some listening and research through other’s RU-vid videos. I found that they sounded a bit clearer and fuller. Gotta take that with a grain of salt though, since RU-vid compresses things so hard. Also just knowing that most of my favorite players use the 2319 on their boards as well made me trust them! I will say that the durability is incredible though. I haven’t had any cables fail even over 1.5 years of gigs and taking my board internationally when I moved. So go with soldered for sure over un-soldered! Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
I don't play guitar - I just find this stuff neat, yet I have have irrational OCD about pedals. I like when knobs are set parallel or perpendicular to each other. Example: Gain at 10 o'clock, Volume at 1, Tone at 1. Like wtf Anyway, nice pedalboard and presentation. 🤙
Hahaha I feel you! When they are straight up or matching, it feels so so right! Technically I COULD “pop off” each knob, set it to where I want, then place the knob back on in any position…. It that’d be a bit wild 😅🤣 might be fun someday! Thanks for watching and the kind words!
Nothing wrong with that. Many people dig on stuff like that. Some pedalboards are like works of art. It's good to be neat and orderly. It is more accepted if you are rich and popular. Look at any home decorating show. These people have major OCD- everything in it's place, dials, lamps, chairs, etc. When you are making money, magically all sins are forgiven! My point is, don't stress over it. It's a good thing. When you learn to channel it into something productive you will be very successful my friend!
This was actually very personally helpful to me. Would you be willing to offer feedback on our tone of the song emerge? We offer royalty free music btw if you are interested 😊 keep up the good work man I love ur fluency on camera. Very inspiring. (I use helix native btw cuz I am not great at that stuff lol)
I’m glad it was helpful! Totally! I’d be happy to give my opinion on it! Can I reach ya through the email on your channel page? I appreciate the kind words and thank you so much for watching! Ps. I haven’t used Helix native yet but I love the Hx stomp!
