I use something similar on Lake Lanier for spots this time of year on the north end of the lake. Work really well. Good information.

Coppertreuse is my go to on Lake Michigan ive even had salmons and trout chase this set up.

Best jig for this is the Bassdope Candy Jig, a puffball style jig that crushes with a craw or TRD trailer.

I would call that rig "Ned's Skirt" or "Skirted Ned", something about Ned wearing a skirt. 😂 I definitely sure that would work for the saltwater. All the fish I usually target would bite that if it smelled good and was in the right place at the right time. Redfish and flounder would jump all over it. I really need to play with weedless bass jigs in the saltwater because y'all have stuff that gets stuck in rocks less.

So…….a finesse jig with a Ned worm on it. Been fishing that for years.
