Enjoy your time off in Florida!! Update on my fuel tanks on my 49X having the same problem as yours. They said they would replace mine and it took 1.5 years for them to show up and they got the same exact tanks with the fuel caps in the same place!! So then they said they could swap mine around and then they would be in the back. I said you told me that you couldn’t do that when I suggested that. They said we just have to replace some fuel lines. Well they did and the driver side worked perfect and the passenger side was real close to not working but it just cleared the corner cab.
Yea they told me they could rotate the tanks so the cap isn’t so much under the cab but then I would lose some fuel capacity so I said no, I’ll deal with it
