That storm SUCKED! We had 65 mph wind gusts here at the house in South Mississippi! We have to deal with hurricanes and tropical storms in the summer, but nothing like that in the winter.

I'm glad you're moving forward LOJO, you've never struck me as someone who sits still for very long anyways! The downsizing will be good for you, new challenge, new vigour, new ideas. 20/30-50 acres is a bit more manageable with just yourself etc. Anything 100 and over and you kind of need a full time estate management team anyway, Daryl (whilst very capable), isn't a one man army - he might be a force to be reckoned with, but the man is just one man lol. I'll be a bit sad to see it go as it's been a little like watching your mate's kid grow up and then moving away. However I can't wait to see what you pull out of the bag next. I AM happy it's going back to the original owners, as they love it so much. I was a bit worried it'd get cleared for development etc, and that'd be a real crime! Nice that you've still got hunting rights there. Definitely good ppl. As for AYO and Norm? I've kinda stopped watching their channels since they pulled the rug out from under you. I know here in the UK that we rip the piss out of our mates with close to the bone banter, but, you don't do that to your mates. You especially don't do the dirty on them and trash their trophy pond/property.... And THEN don't clean your sh¡t up after you said you would? That's deffo not cool.
