I hope you find a way to be able to cope and settle down soon, I wish you my best luck and hope you will feel better in a short amount of time; though I know that these kind of things don't really "go away" as fast as we would like them to i hope you stay strong
Its no problem! I hope you can find or have somebody to talk to about these these things, it IS honestly much better to find somebody you trust and tell them how you've been feeling lately, though I'm not much of an expert on these things i hope what I've told you can help you; also, try to relax more and maybe do daily breathing exercises if that's your thing!@@Karai_yachi
